Rod started in the HVAC trade over 35 years ago sweeping floors and has held every position along the way. During those years, Rod has earned certifications, accreditations, and training for customer service, installation, and technical services that he puts to use every day. Rod is very involved in all facets of the day to day operations of the company and directly oversees sales, installations and job scheduling for customers, as well as ongoing training process for all employees including himself. The other half of the husband-wife team, Kim, is also involved in all the day to day operations of the business. Kim handles the scheduling of service calls, billing, accounting, payroll, and various other office tasks. Kim has a degree in business and participates in training that helps keep Custom Assured running smoothly.
