Custom Assured Mechanical, Inc. is a family owned and operated company that specializes in the sale, installation, and service of Heating and Air Conditioning systems. Custom Assured started operations in 1998 and has grown over the years to come to reside in our current facility located on Independence Drive in Fort Wayne. We are a company that is big enough to offer an extensive lineup of services and products to meet any heating and cooling need you may have, yet small enough to offer you personal service.
As our name implies we tailor jobs to meet the needs of our customers, whether they are residential, commercial, or new construction clients. We pledge prompt, professional, and personal service during as well as beyond the installation or repair. Our service department is available around the clock. Always friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service. Our busy schedules do not always allow us to be home during a service call, but we trust Casey with no hesitation! He even likes our cat! Highly recommend!

We have used CAM for many years and we are more than satisfied with their service. They installed a new system for us and we have them service it twice yearly. We have had no serious problems with our unit but anything that goes wrong is taken care of promptly. Their staff is exceptional and I look forward to Kim calling to schedule my service calls and I enjoy conversing with the techs when they show up. I would recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs!
